“Going to New Plymouth and staying at the Devon Hotel just go hand in hand. From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel welcome and looked after. The buffet is absolutely amazing!!! plenty of variety, fresh, and delicious. (find me rolling back to my room) The price is fantastic for what you get, and the beds and pillows are so comfortable it’s hard to leave in the morning. The rooms are lovely, well kept, and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Couldn’t recommend it more!”

“No issues whatsoever. Comfy bed, clean room. Had all I needed. Staff when out of their way to assist me with a couple of things I needed. Restaurant and Bar were amazing - Both had amazing staff! Will definitely be staying here anytime I travel to New Plymouth! ♥”

“We stayed in a seaside cabin, with beautiful views of the Tasman Sea right in front of our porch. The cabin was very clean and had a small kitchen, with pots and pans and a two burner stove. The shower had good water. And we could park right in front of our cabin.”

“Love the room, very retro. Spotless, sparkling, had everything we needed. Hot water takes a while to get hot, but the heated indoor pool is an absolute asset. We had a room at the rear, so quiet away from the road. We will be back ”

“Wonderful helpful hosts. Room was clean, quiet and peaceful. I was suppose to be attending a child's 4th birthday over the weekend however caught a cold that rendered me unable to attend, thankfully my partner was able to go.
Penny made sure I had everything I needed and let me know that they were there should I need anything else. Above and beyond.
Beds are extremely comfortable and the spa bath is highly recommended.
